Open since 2001 (we established in Goleta, California dating back to 1991), our mission is to share the love of traditional Greek homestyle cooking with our friends and neighbors. Every recipe is a labor of love—passed down through generations and made with the finest ingredients: we take pride in using pure extra virgin olive oil, we fry in tallow, we are 100% seed-oil-free, sea salt, grass-fed beef, Aussie halal lamb, and antibiotic-free free range chickens. We also embrace dietary inclusivity—offering gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options—so everyone can savor genuine Greek flavors.
